Ordering Online

Ordering Online with Earthbound Light is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors and with our credit card processor that maximizes the security of your credit card information. We do not store credit card numbers other than the last four digits that we print on your receipt for confirmation purposes.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce with Earthbound Light. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Checks must be in U.S. funds only, and drawn from a mainland USA bank. Your name and address must be bank-imprinted on the check.

To order by check, simply print the order form with your shopping cart contents using the link on the order confirmation page, then mail a copy of the form to the address below.

All prices are in US dollars. Washington state residents are required to pay sales tax in addition to the above.

Shipping Information

Under normal circumstances, your order should arrive within two weeks when paying by credit card (payment by check will delay your order usually an additional 7 to 10 days). Items will be shipped via Priority U.S Mail or UPS ground. If I'm away shooting, longer delivery times may be possible though unlikely. Every effort will be made to ship your order as soon as possible.

Standard ground shipping within the United States for all orders is $3.50, regardless of size. Please enquire for rates on rush shipping. At the present time, I am unable to ship to addresses outside the United States (coming soon).

Guarantee

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Please return any item within 15 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied. We will replace it or refund your payment. Items returned must be in like-new condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned items shipped COD or "shipping charges collect" will not be accepted. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.
