Argyll is an experimental, open source, ICC compatible color management system and is available as source and compiled executables for Windows, MacOS X and Linux. The cctiff utility can convert profiles so this may be an option for the adventurous.

Ever wonder just how the gamut for sRGB and Adobe RGB actually compare? How about the gamut of your new printer? ICCView does an excellent job of graphing these sort of things for free. You will need a VRML plugin for your browser, but you can download it from their site, also for free.
